Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you'll undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of running a successful store, with the goal of eventually managing your own location. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and leading the store team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and reinforce the core values of the organization to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
