Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of running a store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.

Store Manager Trainee Starting Wage

$26.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values, fostering teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store appearance and product quality.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Manage store budgets, inventory, and merchandising.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, set goals, and drive performance.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in retail, management experience.
